Gay Marriage Debate: Prager vs. Perez

Written by: Uncle Seth The Noble on Thursday, April 23rd, 2009

Dennis Prager and Perez Hilton debated the issue of gay marriage last night on Larry King. It’s a great debate in the sense that Prager takes the issue of gay marriage apart from a philosophical, historical, and social perspective, while Perez Hilton takes the typical “I want what I want” mantra. This one’s not really a contest from the get go, Prager has command of the issue while Hilton looks a bit like a minor leaguer getting his first start in the majors.

I typically don’t advocate violence (except when sheetheads get up in my grill, LOL), but after Hilton’s remarks and photo-shopping of Ms. California, he’s clearly in need of a good old fashioned ass whoopin’.

This was a fantastic debate and really shows just how serious a case the Right can make in defense of our values when we do it in a reasoned, calm, thoughtful manner. Dennis showed great wisdom and compassion (the real kind that isnt patronizing).
