Deranged Dems And The Hypocrisy They Wallow In
Obama followers have a hard time containing themselves – and you can’t blame them. They’ve been waiting for a year for Republicans to go all ‘Bull Connor’ on their messiah, but it hasn’t happened. In desperation they’ve decided that when white Republicans say the words “community organizer” or “flashy“, it’s racist code speak. Or when McCain does commercials that have corrupt black Democrats in them, it’s obviously racist says Karen Tumulty of Time Magazine – because there was a corrupt white Democrat that should have been attacked first! The charge of inexperience is now the equivalent of a political poll tax, and no doubt we’ll be hearing demands for ballots written in Ebonics or there will be riots. but if they were honest about hunting down racism – they’d start searching the Democrat voter rolls first. When Democrats won’t vote for a black Democrat for president, history is repeating itself. it’s a short line from the Democrat George Wallace to the Democrat Bill Clinton.
So it’s with no surprise at all that we’re hearing from liberals who have been savaging Sarah Palin and now are shocked that they’re getting hate mail. What did they expect? What is the appropriate response to someone who calls the vice presidential candidate a “Republican blow-up doll ” or that Governor Palin has the “toned-down version of the porn actress look“? If you’re going to descend into the muck, your rolling around with the kind of people you deserve. Are there Palin supporters that are as dumb as Randi Rhodes and as classless as Michael Moore? Of course, and I’ll admit there’s even more than a few. Bit I usually slice off the bottom 20 percent of either side of the political brawl before I make a judgement about the tenor and intelligence of my opponents. My belief is that most liberals have little idea why they’re liberal, other than they hate George Bush, envy the rich, and assume everyone who doesn’t think like them is harboring a fascistic tendency. Most amusing is they’re tendency to project. Take the charge that conservatives are fascist and are trying to squelch free speech. Where are the examples? They can’t come up with one right now, they’ll tell you, “but you know its true!” When confronted with such blinding logic, the first thing a conservative ought to do is look at the record of liberals! Fairness Doctrine? Check. Speech codes on campi? Check. The Path to 911? Locked away. Attacking and shouting down conservative speakers? Check. But Obama followers will tell you that the attack on freedom by jack booted Republicans will end when the Onyx Savior ascends. When it comes to defining Stalinist tactics, Michelle Malkin reminds us:
Trying to sic the Justice Department on your political opponents is.
Trying to intimidate conservative donors through witch hunts is.
Forming Goon Squads of legal enforcers to squelch criticism is.
Suing talk show hosts to shut them up is.
Let’s leave the hyperbolic attacks on conservatives to the Obama campaign, shall we?
Barack Obama has seen the enemy, and it was created by him. The Left in America, as its done throughout its history, will manufacture the monster they insist on protecting us from, but few are fooled here. Whether it’s Jesse Jackson and his Rainbow Shakedown, or Al Sharpton ‘Tawana Brawlin’. We remember President Bill and his burning churches, and the false charges of disenfranchisement of black folk in the 2000 election. Liberal racism has manifested itself in cases like the Duke rape case, and distorted the Jena 6 attack until thugs were victims and then celebrities. Now its “black holes” and “modern day slavery.” They’ve prostituted the suffering of those oppressed for so long that Americans turn away at the charge of racism these days. That is both a tragedy (racism ought to be taken seriously), and a testament to the damage done by race hustling politicians and poverty pimps.
The left sees in America a racist and greedy country. This is why Obama is so dismissive – America is a failure in moral terms and hopeless in its natural state. He promises a change in priorities and an infusion of hope. That’s a tall order for a man who wonders aloud about the essential goodness of this country.
