United States District Court in New Jersey has the criminal complaint…

Defendant STEELE offered to use his official influence to assist the Insurance Brokerage Business by “hav[ing] [his] chief of staff arrange” appointments, making introductions to other officials at local government agencies in Paterson, and using his self-described “personal touch.”This scandal is part of the Democrat New Jersey 12 that were busted in a political corruption sting. Through discussion with CW-1 at the time, defendant STEELE understood that he would receive money in exchange for his official intercession on behalf of the insurance brokerage business.

This scandal is part of the Democrat New Jersey 11 that were busted in a political corruption sting. The FBI set up a fake company in which it offered to pay out bribes to officials in that state… the New Jersey Attorney General’s office has made all the complaints available. Word is that this sting has only scratched the surface of the corruption in the state that they call ‘the armpit of the nation’, which ironically happens to be one of the most solidly liberal states in the union.
