Schwarzenegger Drops Drawers To Get Gay Lobby In Schools

Kindergarten cop? Bah!

California is Ground Zero for the homosexual rights movement. Voters in California passed by a large margin in 2000 a referendum limiting marriage to a man and a woman, but that didn’t stop the state house and senate from twice ramming bills through to override the opposition. The districts in California are so gerrymandered that no politician fears a backlash from their constituents. Liberal Republican Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger vetoed those attempts to legalize gay marriage by saying that the people ought to vote to approve such things. But the assault continues, and for those with an eye for the queer guy, our limp governor has now ‘assumed the position.’

He has submitted to the leather thong crowd after years of defying them by signing into law SB 777, titled by its creator lesbian senator Sheila Kuehl as the “California Student Civil Rights Act”. What it does is guard children from educational instruction or activities that “Promote a discriminatory bias” based on things like religion, gender, sexual orientation nationality or ethnicity. Tom McClintock argues that the bill says that this bill takes what is already illegal in California – saying anything that “adversely reflects” on those groups – it now outlaws “promoting a discriminatory bias” against them. Those glib words empower government to smash through the doors of the classroom and inundate our children with leftist tripe aimed directly at undermining traditional values. He explains it thus:

If a high school elects a prom king and queen, this obviously doesn’t “reflect adversely” on homosexual students. But does it “promote a discriminatory bias” to celebrate a heterosexual stereotype at a school dance without also celebrating a gay couple, a lesbian couple and a transgender couple as well? It’s entirely conceivable that a court will say that exclusion is certainly discriminatory.

If a transgender boy feels uncomfortable in the boys’ locker room, this doesn’t “reflect adversely” on his sexual orientation or identity. But does it constitute a discriminatory bias to say that he can’t use the girl’s locker room? It’s certainly possible that a court will say it does.

Celebrating Cinco de Mayo or St. Patrick’s Day doesn’t “reflect adversely” on those who are not of Mexican or Irish descent. But is it discriminatory bias to celebrate these days, but not also St. Andrews Day, Bastille Day and Swedish National Day?

Other conservative groups that lobby government here in California are outraged, and where at one time we might have thought the charges that they were being throwing around about an Bacchanalian political orgy of legislation being rammed though a shameless assembly and senate – it’s become a reality we can’t ignore. The Campaign for Families and Children reports:

That's a fine pair of role models you got there...Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has signed into law two bills requiring all public school instruction and activities to positively portray transsexuality, bisexuality, and homosexuality to children as young as kindergarten. He has also signed bills undermining marriage and infringing upon the moral conscience of business owners, churches, and nonprofit organizations. Detailed analysis is posted here on SB 777, AB 394, AB 102 and AB 14.

Late Friday, Schwarzenegger signed SB 777 (transsexual, bisexual, homosexual indoctrination of schoolchildren by requiring changes to all instruction and activities) and AB 394 (transsexual, bisexual, homosexual indoctrination of students, parents, and teachers via “anti-harassment” training). Signing the bills was a switch for Schwarzenegger, who vetoed nearly the same bills last year, in the midst of his reelection campaign.

“Arnold Schwarzenegger has delivered young children into the hands of those who will introduce them to alternative sexual lifestyles,” said Randy Thomasson, president of Campaign for Children and Families (CCF), which helped lead the statewide charge against these bills. “This means children as young as five years old will be mentally molested in school classrooms. Shame on Schwarzenegger and the Democrat politicians for ensuring that every California school becomes a homosexual-bisexual-transsexual indoctrination center.”

The CCF web page offers a list of attacks undermining parental influence and imposing libertine values now backed by the power of government. Nobody’s safe – schools, hospitals, even religious charity groups must allow promotion of homosexuality, lesbians, and transgenderism. Starting January, 2008 it will be illegal to say in any public school that marriage ought to be between a man and a woman, or argue that homosexuality is wrong. The Gay lobby is squealing with joy over this ambush over the wishes of California’s parents – but the forces for decency are gearing up for a fight. A referendum is being put together to these bills to a popular vote. As soon as it becomes official, Political Vindication will bring you all the information you’ll need to join the battle!
